How to Keep an Optimistic Attitude

 ENG: It also happens to me, as it is likely to happen to everyone, I loose my motivation when it comes to blogging, daily life, at work, etc. We never talk about this, nor did I see people admitting it. We like to make things look good and optimistic on Facebook, Insta etc. "Happy Monday", "Happy Friday", "Happy Weekend". "Happy" is often "Boring", because let's be honest when you're happy you do not have time for pictures and other filters, you're happy and you're just busy with the present moment.
  Often, all this social media with all this perfect life, only ours does not seem to be perfect, makes us loose our optimism from time to time.

Here are 5 reasons to help you boost yourself:
1. Never compare to anyone. Everyone is unique and beautiful in his own way, but sometimes we forget this.
2. Spend some time with beautiful people, in nature, have a drink on a terrace and charge yourself with positive energy. Identify negative people in your life and stay away from them!
3. Spend less ONLINE time, and live and enjoy the present moment, as it is.
4. Give up your fears and all that inspires fear to you and always accept the challenges. Learn new things. Give more time and energy to your hobbies.
5. Rest longer, smile more often, wear a little pink from time to time, and make each day more beautiful!

RO: Mi se intampla si mie, asa cum probabil li se intampla tuturor, sa imi pierd motivatia cand vine vorba de blog, de viata de zi cu zi, la job etc. Despre acest lucru nu am discutat niciodata si nici nu am vazut ca sunt oameni care recunosc asta. Ne place sa facem lucrurile sa arate intotdeauna bine si optimiste pe Facebook, Insta etc.: "Happy Monday", "Happy Friday", "Happy Weekend". De multe ori "Happy" nu este decat "Boring", pentru ca hai sa fim sinceri cand esti "happy" nu prea ai timp de poze si alte filtre, esti "happy" si esti ocupat cu momentul prezent.
  De cele mai multe ori toata aceasta Social Media cu toata viata tuturor perfecta, numai a noastra nu, parca ne demotiveaza si ne face sa ne pierdem optimismul.

Iata 5 lucruri care sa te ajute sa iti dai un boost up:
1. Nu te compara niciodata cu nimeni. Fiecare este unic si frumos in felul lui, doar ca uneori uitam acest lucru.
2. Petrece timp cu oameni frumosi, in natura, la plimbare, la o terasa si incarca-te de energie pozitiva. Identifica persoanele negative din viata ta si stai departe de ele!
3. Petrece mai putin timp ONLINE, si traieste si bucura-te de momentul prezent, asa cum este el.
4. Renunta la frica si la tot ce iti inspira teama, accepta provocari. Invata lucruri noi. Acorda mai mult timp si energie hobby-urilor tale.
5. Odihneste-te mai mult, zambeste mai des, poarta putin roz din cand in cand, si fa-ti fiecare zi mai frumoasa!
